One year + update : hot tub is still broken , front door is still broken and not wheelchair accessible. New staff hired actualy do their job and are friendly. The breakfast selection is better and is kept stocked. Original review:Front door to hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Been broken for a long time. Room was clean but door was super hard to open / shut looks like someone tried to break in. Hot tubs closed down :( so is the pool. Breakfast items run out and are not replenished when the Philippine girl is working .... Seems she has better things to do than her job. Other morning staff are attentive one lady is super friendly and bubbly.
We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. The waterside and pool were well utilized by our large sports team group. Breakfast was a nice touch and the manager was accommodating for a group event.
What started out a bit rough turned out great. Slave Lake had a water main break which left the hotel without water for the afternoon and evening. The lady at the front desk was very kind and cooperative. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great. Satellite was out....tough on the kids but they enjoyed the waterside. I was wishing the hot tub was working. We would stay here again.
Rooms were clean. Service was good. But there was no hot tub. We're working multiple weeks here and a hot tub is always great, from past reviews it looks like it's been out of service for Months. Should be fixed. Will switch hotels for the next shift.
