brought in a jacket to High Prairie DROP OFF centre and asked SPECIFICALLY " can you clean this jacket" the jacket was sent to slave lake. The Allaire cleaners went ahead and cleaned and turned all of the white on the jacket GREY turned all of the silver thread a Dull GREY with hints of black. Made a call to Bruce and was told that they would send to Vancouver. The jacket was sent and returned to high prairie STILL ruined with a note saying that we should have sent to a leather specialist and a cheque for $56 what we had paid for it to be cleaned. So is that right and fair to a customer?SORRY NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!
I have had my clothes cleaned here for years and I have never had an issue :) Always great service!
