Thoight I'd get them to give my car a simple oil change cause I was too busy to do it myself and they didnt tighten the oil filter up at all so I was losing oil and had no idea where it was coming from, and when I called in and told them what they had done they couldn't say anything but "we cant do anything about it" just wow!!!!
