Took our truck in to get it serviced and service was amazing they handle all my needs. All the staff were hands on, they made sure to keep me posted on everything that was happening. When the truck was ready and Hailey Sloan . 2-3 days after picking up the truck I received 2 phone calls from Greg and Jen to see how it was and if they could help in any other way. My experience with dodge was 5 stars for sure. Thankyou so much.
Got screwed at this dealership. They withheld information and lied about interest rates locking me into a terrible deal. I was told the vehicle had features that it doesnt have and fed a bunch of lies. While discussing the issue with a sales rep I was told if we were in the city youd be told to go pound sand.... I was also told never buy a vehicle in August. this is when they do theyre best screwing I guess. This dealership wont see any more business from me.
